A Half Day of Silence, Movement & Mindfulness


During this half-day retreat we'll explore forest bathing, gentle movement practice and mindfulness principles to help you connect more deeply. Open yourself up to a series of healing practices involving breathing techniques, Qi gong stretching aimed at grounding and cultivating emotional balance and mental clarity. The workshops will be experienced in Silence, a profound practice for connection with the higher-self, expanding self-awareness and returning that little bit closer to yourSelf. Noble Silence is an integral part of many spiritual practices and incredible things can happen when we cut off from our phones and speech to direct the attention inwards.


What you can expect on the day:

- Guided practice for heart opening & grounding
- Forest bathing linked with the introduction to Mindfulness principles (MBSR) to bring the senses online 
- Breathwork exercises from various traditions and lineages for physical nourishment and expanding of consciousness
- Qigong practice to introduce the concept of self-healing through grounding, gentle stretches and body flow
- An ancient Daoist tree connection practice
- Earthing and the alchemy of yin & yang energies for ultimate vitality and emotional balance
- Journaling exercises for self-reflection
- Light veggie lunch & snacks to finish
