Yoga styles

  • Flow & Core, inspired by Forrest Yoga

A stronger class modelled on Ana Forrest’s approach with underlying pillars of Breath, Strength, Integrity & Spirit. The core work sections allow for building strong foundations, poses are held for longer for a more profound impact both physical and emotional. It rehabilitates shoulders, releases neck tension through a unique approach to neck position in yoga poses, reignites energy from toes to fingers. You will be doing poses you've never heard of before and they will feel different in your body.

  • Yin Yang Practice

This class combines two ends of the spectrum of the yoga practice - the slightly more dynamic flow & flexibility with a restorative unwinding finish. Its flow is judged based on the energy in the room and it tends to be exactly what's needed. Use of bosters, straps, blankets is always encouraged.

Accessible to all levels, especially beginners.

  • Power Yoga

A vinyasa based class where movement is linked with breath. In this energetic class we work in equal measures on increasing strength and flexibility. A set sequence based approach helping students explore their edge and observe progress in their practice. Options for beginner and advance yogis, all welcome. Expect some fire :)

  • Yin Yoga, Roll & Release

A gentle restorative practice, with poses held longer in a passive mode, without muscle tension. Work is predominantly done in the fascia and connective tissues – joints, tendons and ligaments. Great for healing injuries, increasing flexibility and promoting stillness of the mind. Draws on the Daoist philosophy and the meridian work.

We use massage balls to release tension from tight and restricted body areas. It helps eliminate pain, detox tissues, increase flexibility and aid full body relaxation and recovery. Perfect post-work out/mountain activities class! Suitable for all.

  • Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a very unique practice, also known as the "yogic sleep". It's a conscious experience of dreamless, deep sleep where you begin to connect more strongly to your inner world fostering a full body relaxation.

It holds immense benefits for those suffering from insomnia or troubled sleep patterns, trauma, burn-out, or anxiety. It holds great healing power for anyone who wants to experience a deeper sense of peace and re-connect more profoundly with themselves. It creates an opportunity to access clarity, lifting the veil between this reality and something deeper than ourselves.

  • Easy Mountain Flow

This is a slower class with focus placed more on mobility, functional movement and foundations. It's accessible to absolute beginners and anyone with injuries looking for joint mobilisation, safe movement, helping your recovery process. We explore yoga asana foundations, safe transitions and mobilise troublesome joint groups like the hips, SI territory, shoulders and neck to foster more strength and vitality.
