What is Qi Gong
Qigong is an ancient practice stemming from the Traditional Chinese Medicine tradition, a system in which body, mind and spirit constantly influence each other and work as a unified system that is capable of self-healing.
"Qi" means “energy” or “life force” and is the basis of all traditional Chinese healing arts, from acupuncture to herbal medicine. Gong (also spelled kung) is a general term meaning “skill.”

Why Qi Gong
Qi gong may be translated as work of your internal energy flow geared towards optimum health physically & mentally. It’s a beautiful and grounding tool resulting in enhancing our own healing path.
The practice is accessible to all ages and bodies and is ideal to practise outside to foster a deeper connection with nature.

The flow
The practice involves gentle stretching, breathwork, meditative movement and acupressure, all fostering a healthy flow of qi for optimal health and vitality. Not only does it support a smooth flow of qi to nourish every cell in our body, remove stagnant energy and blockages, but it is also the power behind our mental energy - lifting mental fog, helping think clearly, make decisions and maintain our will.
