  • The concept

    Thai massage, also known as Thai Yoga Massage is very unique in its approach and has tremendous benefits for both body and mind.

    Sometimes referred to as assisted yoga, Thai massage is focused on improving the flow of energy throughout your body, it combines compression, acupressure and passive stretching drawing on principles of ancient therapy, yoga, Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.

    Increased range of motion in joints, back pain release, reduction in headache intensity, improved flexibility, calming anxiety, improved circulation, easing sleep problems to name a few.

    This treatment is tailored to where you are physically, but also emotionally to create a safe environment for a release, wherever you feel stuck at that moment.

  • The technique

    To supplement the healing power of this therapeutic treatment, when required I incorporate somatic work & inquiry for a more profound release, often beyond the physical. It's a co-creation between my guidance of the body and where the client is prepared to meet themselves in the process.

    In this technique you lie fully clothed on a firm mattress on the ground, we don't use massage tables or any oils.
